This job is a commercial carpet and tile cleaning in San Mateo, CA 94401 for a repeat customer who’s been using our services since 2008! We cleaned one floor of tile and three floors of commercial carpet using our standard cleaning process:

• Pre-Vacuum
• Pre-Treatment
• CRB Agitation
• Truck-Mount Steam Extraction
• Post-Grooming

The carpet was in decent condition, and we spot-treated all existing spots before cleaning, allowing for extra dwell time. The dwell time yielded us great results with carpet cleaning. Once cleaned, we placed wet floor signs and commercial air-movers.

The tile (not pictured) was moderately soiled, and we used Stone Pro’s tile cleaner for this cleaning. We have found Stone Pro’s products to be one of the best on the market. We’d recommend their products to anyone looking to maintain their floors.
