Residential Tile Cleaning on Cabot Lane in Foster City, CA

This tile & grout cleaning was a move-out cleaning for a new customer in Foster City, CA 94404. Typically, we can clean most tile & grout with an essential degreaser, but this cleaning called for more due to various staining in the grout itself. Therefore, rather than using a one-step degreaser cleaning, we added an acidic cleaner to remove topical staining.

We cleaned the entire first-floor tile & grout using our 2-step process:

• Degreaser Application
• CRB-Agitation
• Truck-Mount Extraction
• Repeat w/ Acidic Cleaner
• Neutralize Tile

Overall, we were delighted with the results!
