Tile Cleaning And Sealing In San Carlos, CA

This residential tile cleaning & sealing job was for a new customer in San Carlos, CA 94070. We used our standard cleaning process for this cleaning:

1. Pre-Treatment
2. CRB Agitation (Counter-Rotating Brush)
3. Dwell Time
4. Truck-Mount Steam Extraction
5. Dry & Seal

All in all, we cleaned and sealed two showers as well as three floors, all-natural stone. The main focus for the showers was to remove the soap scum on the surface. For this, we used our Makita with a fiber pad to break down the barrier of soap scum. Although the floors were in decent condition, we allowed extra dwell time for the pre-treatment to help break down as much soil as possible, followed by extraction. The result was terrific!
