Commercial Carpet Cleaning in Daly City, CA 94015
This commercial carpet cleaning is for a referral from one of our very first customers back in 2008. We cleaned 20 common areas/stairs in 2 buildings on King Dr and Brosnan Ct in Daly City, CA 94015. We used our standard cleaning process for this carpet cleaning:
- Commercial Pre-Vacuum
- Pre-Treatment
- CRB Agitation (Counter Rotating Brush Machine)
- Truck-Mount Steam Extraction
- Post-Grooming
Overall, this carpet was in decent condition with the exception of a few units that had very heavy traffic areas and spots. For these heavily soiled units we applied a “booster” solution to the pre-treatment and we also allowed for extra dwell time to remove as much soil as possible.
