Residential Carpet Cleaning In Palo Alto, CA 94303

This is a carpet cleaning we did for a realtor in Palo Alto, CA 94303. This property is getting ready to be put on the market and needed a cleaning prior to staging. We cleaned 3 rooms of wool carpet blend using our standard cleaning procedure::

• Pre-Treatment
• CRB Agitation (Counter-Rotating Brush)
• Truck-Mount Steam Extraction
• Post Grooming

The carpet did have a few existing stains that were pre-treated prior to extraction as well as light traffic areas by the entrances. Wool carpet is a very high quality carpet but at the same time it is a very delicate fiber to clean and we’re limited as to what solutions we can use. The stains and traffic areas lightened up, and overall it cleaned up well! The customer was very satisfied! Thank you, Dulcy!
