Residential Carpet & Tile Cleaning in Burlingame, CA 94010

This job came to us by way of Google search. The customer specified she needed carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. Initially, we provided a sample cleaning on the tile to give an expectation on what the final result would be. All in all we cleaned 1 bedroom, 1 flight of stairs of carpet and 2 tile bathrooms (clean and seal). We followed our standard cleaning procedure for both the carpet and tile cleaning; commercial pre-vacuum, pre-treatment, CRB agitation (counter-rotating brush), truck-mount extraction, post-groom. The carpet cleaned up very well, all spots were removed as well as the traffic lane by the doorway. The tile also cleaned up very well, we actually gave extra dwell time for our pre-treatment to breakdown the soil in the grout. After the cleaning we dried the tile with commercial fans and applied a few coats of sealer. The customer was very satisfied with the cleaning! Thank you!
