This account was acquired by way of referral. This client had previously hired a different carpet cleaning company to service their building, but they were not satisfied due to low quality work. We were then contacted to provide an estimate for the carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning. After a small demo was performed on this exact conference room and a tiled bathroom, they decided to hire us, and we now service them on a maintenance basis.
