Commercial Carpet Cleaning South San Francisco

This job is for a new client who needed carpet cleaning and VCT strip/wax in South San Francisco. Prior to this cleaning, the carpet hadn’t been cleaned in 5 years and was in great need of a deep cleaning. We cleaned roughly 6,500 sq. ft of carpet and our good friends at Cork Carpet & Floor Care handled the VCT strip/wax.

We first started with our “Grumpy” machine with a red fiber pad to agitate the heavily trafficked areas in the entrances and around desk areas. Once all areas were agitated, we started the steam cleaning portion with our new tool, The Zipper. The results were great! The client was extremely satisfied and now wants to keep the carpet on a bi-yearly/yearly maintenance plan for various offices in the building.
