This is a carpet cleaning we did for a realtor in San Mateo, CA. This complex keeps us busy, we have cleaned many many units for different customers at this location. In total, we cleaned 3 rooms and 1 hallway of carpet using our standard cleaning procedure:

This carpet was in very decent condition with the exception of a few spots near the kitchen entry. The results we great! Hardly any build up within the fibers, no traffic areas, and very minimal staining. Overall, this was a great cleaning. Thank you, Leon!
