Residential Rug Cleaning in Foster City, CA

This customer was a referral from a previous customer of ours in Foster City, CA. They had mentioned a child at their pre-school had tested positive for COVID-19 and needed to clean and disinfect all rugs. We waited the 14-day period prior to cleaning the rugs and followed all pre-cautions necessary to protect ourselves including cleaning the rugs outdoors. The rugs had a moderate amount of soil so we decided our standard cleaning process would be sufficient; pre-vacuum, pre-treatment, CRB agitation (counter-rotating brush), truck-mount extraction, post-groom. The rugs cleaned up very well, the colors popped as soon as we started the extraction process. We were very satisfied with the outcome and are very glad we could help out given the situation.
